Led by the Best, For the Brightest.
Futures Forge's founders and curriculum leads graduated MIT and Oxford, and founded multiple companies (elite management consulting, venture-backed devtools startup & hardware startup). We have published books on political polarization, tertiary education, and technical problem-solving, and have jointly coached and managed over 100 top-talent young adults.
The foundation of our companies’ success has always been the rapid development of talented young people; our employees have gone on to found, lead, and accelerate dozens of great businesses. Today, we are developing talent all over the world using the methods we learned and developed.
We loved leading the 2024 Skills for Success Course and are excited for much more to come in 2025 and beyond.
Futures Forge Alumni Win.
Futures Forge alumni have a dramatic advantage applying for, and arriving at, their universities and internships.
Our alumni are more confident, better leaders, better teammates, better speakers. They are elite problem-solvers and critical thinkers. They have superior grit and adaptability.
It shows in their personal essays, their interviews, and—most importantly—their first day on campus and on site.
An Unmatched Growth Experience
Futures Forge inspires and empowers students to teach themselves, and each other, the skills, capabilities, and tools to understand and lead themselves and others, take responsibility in life and the world, think critically, and solve hard problems.
Futures Forge provides objectives and direction, core material, structure, community, guidance and coaching, and starting framework to build the skills needed to effectively learn quickly: much of the direct learning will come through interactions with fellow students in your section.

A Battle-Tested Pedagogy for Life
Futures Forge’s Courses diverge dramatically from the high school and college learning systems. Our students learn via the same approach that elite management consultants do: they take on goals and problems with large apertures and high responsibility, receive intensive coaching, and iterate quickly, driving their own learning to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to take on the next challenge.
We call our approach “catalytic learning:” we use dynamic, project challenges as the center of a cycle of learning scaffolded by preparation, feedback, coaching, reflection, iteration, and multilateral support.
